This certainly means that IQD will become so valuable as it value equivalent to 1 USD. Explaining in simpler terms that 1 IQD will have the same value as of 1 IQD. But there is a question that how two IQD notes of different denominations exist concurrently with one side the larger notes and on the other hand smaller notes. Meanwhile they are bringing out smaller notes because the IQD value will be too high.
